Terms of Website Use
The rules for using this website, separate from the terms that apply when you buy something.
01 Using our site
This site is operated by Homart Limited, company number 15257354. By using it you confirm that you accept these terms of use and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
If you buy something from us, our Terms & Conditions of Sale applies to the sale in addition to these terms.
We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of it for business and operational reasons, and we will give reasonable notice where we can.
02 Your account
If you choose a password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat it as confidential and not disclose it to anyone. We have the right to disable any account at any time if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with these terms.
If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your password, tell us promptly at support@homartuk.com.
03 Intellectual property
We own or license all intellectual property rights in this site and in the material published on it — including the Homart name, the Homart mark, our product photography, product descriptions, and the design of the site itself. Those works are protected by copyright and trade mark laws.
You may print one copy and download extracts of any page for your personal use. You must not modify copies, use any illustrations, photographs or graphics separately from their accompanying text, or use any part of the site for commercial purposes without a licence from us.
Systematic scraping, mirroring, data-mining or the extraction of our catalogue for the purpose of building a competing database is expressly prohibited.
04 Acceptable use
You may use our site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- use it in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
- send or upload material that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
- knowingly transmit any data or material that contains viruses, trojans, keystroke loggers or other harmful code;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server on which it is stored, or any connected server or database;
- attack the site by means of a denial-of-service attack; or
- reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of our site in breach of these terms.
We will report any breach of these provisions to the relevant law enforcement authorities and will co-operate with them by disclosing your identity to them.
05 Reviews and other contributions
Where you post a product review or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with the store. You confirm that the content is your own, that it is accurate, and that it complies with the acceptable use rules above.
We moderate reviews. We publish both positive and negative reviews, and we do not offer payment or incentives in exchange for a favourable one. We remove reviews that contain personal data, abuse, or that we have reason to believe are not from a genuine customer.

We do not exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
The content on our site is provided for general information only. It is not advice on which you should rely. Although we make reasonable efforts to keep it up to date, we make no representations or warranties that the content is accurate, complete or current.
