When we accept your order and send a dispatch or production confirmation. Made-to-order pieces are paid in full at that point, because manufacture starts immediately.nCan I change my order after placing it?

Free over £750. Below that it is £4.95 to £69 depending on the size of the largest item, shown in full at checkout.nWill you take it upstairs?
Returns and guarantees
Thirty days from delivery to tell us, and a further fourteen to get it back to us. That is longer than the fourteen days the law requires.nWho pays return postage?
Materials and care
Because it is timber. Grain, tone and figure vary from board to board, and that variation is the point.nCan I get fabric samples?
