We are not going to claim carbon neutrality. Shipping furniture has a footprint, and offsetting it on paper does not change that. What we can control is how long a piece lasts, whether it can be repaired, and what happens to the packaging — so those are the things we work on.
Our waste electrical and electronic equipment obligations are met through a registered compliance scheme, and we will take back an old light fitting when we deliver its replacement.
